These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Capo Cologne website, online store, products, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Throughout these Terms, the terms “Capo Cologne,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Capo Cologne. The terms “you” and “your” refer to any person accessing or using the Services.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Capo Cologne makes reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including fragrance descriptions, packaging, size, appearance, and other product characteristics.
However, colors, packaging, images, and other visual representations may appear differently depending on your device, screen, lighting, or other factors.
Product packaging, presentation, ingredients, specifications, or other details may occasionally be updated or modified without notice where permitted by law.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, restrict sales, or refuse orders where permitted by applicable law.
FRAGRANCE EXPERIENCE
Fragrance is experienced differently by different individuals.
Factors such as skin chemistry, environment, application, temperature, and other conditions may affect how a fragrance smells, develops, projects, or lasts.
Descriptions of fragrance notes, character, performance, or experience are provided to help communicate the intended profile of the fragrance but should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every individual will experience the fragrance in exactly the same way.
PRE-ORDERS
Certain Capo Cologne products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.
When you place a pre-order, you authorize us to process your order and payment according to the payment method selected at checkout.
Estimated shipping dates or shipping windows provided for pre-orders are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Production, fulfillment, carrier conditions, supply-chain circumstances, or other factors may affect the expected shipping schedule.
If there is a meaningful change to an estimated pre-order shipping window, we may communicate updated information to affected customers.
Current Capo Cologne pre-orders are expected to begin shipping from late October to early November 2026.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law, including in circumstances involving:
- Product availability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Payment issues
- Shipping limitations
- Incorrect customer information
- Orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale or other improper purposes
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
Please review your information carefully before completing your purchase.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before an order is placed.
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on the order, shipping destination, and applicable law.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount associated with your order.
In the event of a pricing or product-information error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel an affected order where permitted by applicable law.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping availability, delivery estimates, and applicable shipping terms are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Complimentary standard shipping is currently included with Capo pre-orders.
Once fulfilled, standard orders are generally expected to arrive within 3–5 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been transferred to the applicable carrier, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, fragrance must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
Fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, used, or altered are not eligible for return, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
For eligible returns that are not related to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information presented through the Services is accurate and current.
However, information on our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping, or other matters.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by materially incorrect information where permitted by law.
